Artist's Comments

Cattleya and Rana are mother and son characters from a series of paper book role-playing games in Japan. The game itself is called "Lost Worlds" but the series they come from is "Queen's Blade".

I've been in love with Cattleya from the moment I saw her around a year ago. Her son is actually part of her character. He gets in her way, though it may seem 100% burden, I believe that he gives her resolve to fight as well.

This picture was partially for me... and part of a major commission for my friend :iconafrodisium:

I've no idea how to play, but it's part of a series of books... you can find them around the net... Cattleya and Rana end up in some rather risque situations in her combat book.
